STEP 1 · IT PRICES FROM YOUR OWN JOBS

You don’t price from scratch.
It pre-fills the estimate from your history.

Drop in the bid’s item list. The software matches each line to your past jobs and suggests a price — flagged by confidence and citing the exact jobs it came from. When it’s not sure, it says so. You review, adjust, and own the number.

SPECIALTY MODULE · ENVIRONMENTAL & TANK CONTRACTORS

Closure paperwork for AL, FL, LA and MS —
filled, tracked, and reimbursed.

Only if you do tank work. Everything above is for every trade; this module is the add-on for UST closures. Underground storage tank work runs on state paperwork — enter the job once and BidToolkit fills the official state closure forms — Louisiana’s UST-SURV-01 and closure assessment, Mississippi’s notice of intent and closure report, Florida’s 62-761.900 series — and generates Alabama’s 30-day notice letter. Every deadline lands in your morning email. When the job’s done, it assembles your trust-fund reimbursement package from the costs you already tracked.

1
Official state forms, auto-filled. The real agency PDFs come back filled and still editable — review, sign, submit. Hash-pinned against silent agency revisions, checked weekly.
2
Deadline chains that nag. 30-day notices, 7-day calls, 60-day reports — every date becomes a job milestone with morning-email reminders, plus cert-expiration warnings.
3
The money at the end. Trust-fund claim package: cover letter + itemized cost schedule from your tracked job costs + your state’s submission checklist.
4
Honest by design. BidToolkit never signs for you — only a signature image you upload yourself can be applied — and never submits to the agency.

BEING HONEST IS A FEATURE

Common questions. Straight answers.

Can BidToolkit be set up for how MY shop works?
Yes — and this is the part nobody else offers. You work directly with the developer, not a ticket queue. Your profile built around your trades and counties, the briefing arranged the way you want to read it, a source we don’t watch yet, a function that would save you an hour — email brian@bidtoolkit.com and tell us. The person reading it is the person who writes the code. That’s how this product gets built: around the contractors using it.
Does it work outside the Gulf Coast?
Yes for federal opportunities — SAM.gov coverage works nationwide today. The local sources run deep on AL, MS, FL, and LA — all 280 counties and parishes — because that’s where our contractors bid. Adding a region is exactly the kind of request we build: tell us where you work and we’ll bring your sources in.
Do you auto-bid or auto-submit anything on my behalf?
You stay in control — always. BidToolkit finds the opportunities, scores the fit, and arms you with real market prices; nothing ever goes out with your company’s name on it that you didn’t send. Your bid stays yours. Same rule on the paperwork engine: it fills the official forms, but only a signature image you upload yourself can be applied, and it never submits to the agency.
Do you do line-item takeoff from drawings?
The AI ballpark from a written scope works today — planning-level numbers backed by real ALDOT letting prices, in about a minute. Full takeoff from the drawings themselves is in active development and already reading real plan sets in our testing. Want to be first in line when it opens up? Email us — early access goes to the shops that ask.
What exactly does the tank paperwork engine cover?
Underground storage tank closures in all four states: Louisiana’s UST-SURV-01 notice and SURV-02 closure assessment, Mississippi’s notice of intent and closure report, Florida’s 62-761.900 series — the (5) contractor form, (7) closure integrity report and (8) limited closure report — and Alabama’s written 30-day notice letter with AEPACS prep. Enter the job once; the official PDFs come back filled and still editable. Deadline chains land as job milestones and in your morning email, and when the job’s done it assembles the trust-fund reimbursement package from the costs you tracked.
How does the trial work?
14 days free, no credit card at signup. If you don’t like it, do nothing — the account just stops. If you love it, add a card and keep going month-to-month. Cancel any time, and your first paid month carries a 30-day refund.
What’s the launch price — and what’s the catch?
BidToolkit is new, and we’d rather have 25 companies that got a deal and talk to us than 500 strangers. So the first 25 companies to subscribe lock in $149/month for good — as long as you stay subscribed, your price never goes up, even after everyone else pays $249. Every update and every new feature we ever ship is included at your launch price. That’s the whole catch: there isn’t one. When the 25 spots are gone, they’re gone.
Can we load our own bid history and prices?
Yes — and you should, it’s the first thing to do. Your past bids are what the auto-prefill estimates draw from, so the more history you load, the more of every new estimate fills itself in from prices you actually charged.
