Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of BidToolkit Workspace ("the Service"), operated by BidToolkit LLC ("we", "us"), a Baldwin County, Alabama limited liability company. By signing up for the Service, you accept these Terms.

1. What we provide

The Service scans public bid sources across the Gulf Coast region and delivers scored, filtered bid opportunities to your account. It also provides tools for tracking bid outcomes, estimates, and job progress once you win work. The Service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Trial period

New accounts include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. If you do not subscribe by the end of your trial, your account will be marked expired and further scans will be paused. Your data remains available for 30 days after trial expiration in case you decide to subscribe later.

4. Subscription and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate shown on our pricing page. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor, LemonSqueezy. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation.

6. Acceptable use

You may not resell, scrape, or redistribute the Service or its data. You may not use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, penetrate, or degrade the Service.

7. Data accuracy

Bids surfaced by the Service originate from public sources. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any bid information. You are responsible for verifying bid details, deadlines, and requirements before submitting any bid. We are not responsible for missed deadlines, lost opportunities, or incorrect information downstream of a public source's data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

9. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to your account address at least 14 days before taking effect.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Baldwin County, Alabama.
