Refund Policy

The short version

If BidToolkit Workspace does not deliver useful bid intelligence in your first month, we will refund your first month payment. No forms. No arguments. Just email brian@bidtoolkit.com from your account address, tell us why, and we will refund via LemonSqueezy within 3 business days.

Trial period

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you do not subscribe by the end of the trial, no charge is made.

First-month money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from your first paid billing date to request a refund of that first month payment. State the reason briefly so we can improve the product; a reason is required to prevent abuse but any honest answer qualifies.

Subsequent months

After the first month, we do not offer refunds for elapsed billing periods. You can cancel at any time; your subscription remains active through the end of the paid period, and no future charges will occur.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your card issuer instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to close your account and permanently delete your data. Please email us first; a refund is faster than a chargeback.
