Branded proposal

Upload your priced estimate. Your final numbers land on your letterhead with the job, the agency, terms, and a signature block — a clean PDF the owner can sign, plus the spreadsheet behind it. No re-typing into Word. The safety-check findings print with it so you see what it flagged.

Pay applications

On the job page, upload the priced bid sheet (and the previous pay app from #2 on), set the app number and period ending, and it generates the AIA-style pay app: completed to date, retainage, less previous, payment due.
