Bring Your Files

• Drag the whole folder onto the page (or pick it, or send a zip). Plan sets, drawings and job-site photos stay on your computer; every spreadsheet — old .xls ones too — is read and sorted: jobs, prices, bid history, crew.
• Bid results, proposals and estimates on paper are read too — scanned PDFs whatever their file name, and phone photos of the sheet, including the bid-day sheet in the clerk’s handwriting. Those figures are marked unconfirmed until you check them, and when the official tabulation arrives it replaces them.
• Drop the same folder again next month: only what is new gets read, nothing is counted twice.
• You get one clean workbook back, plus a FIRST LOOK page that reads your own numbers back to you.
• Review it in Excel, upload your fixed copy, and the imports use yours. Nothing imports until you say so.
